01 General

This Fair Use Policy ("Policy") sets out the acceptable use rules to keep the HOKAS platform fair, secure and stable for all users. Everyone who uses HOKAS agrees to comply with this Policy.

This Policy supplements the Terms of Service. The basic principle is that the Service is used lawfully and does not adversely affect the server performance of other users. The Policy applies to both the free and paid plans of the HOKAS service offered by OVVA İLERİ TEKNOLOJİ YAZILIM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.

02 Account Rules and the Free Plan

The free plan is designed for one account per person. Multiple free accounts may not be created or maintained to exceed server limits, resource quotas or other restrictions. The following are prohibited:

  • Opening additional accounts with a different email address, identity or linked provider (Discord, Google, etc.),
  • Using a second account, automation or block-evasion methods to obtain additional free servers or capacity,
  • Sharing, selling or transferring accounts to exceed per-person limits.

If you need more resources, you can upgrade to a paid plan or contact the support team. Do not open additional free accounts.

03 Discord Bots: One Bot Per Server

On all free and paid plans, only one Discord bot may be run on each server (container), unless the plan description expressly allows otherwise.

  • Multiple bots may not be run on the same server in order to share resources, reduce hosting cost or exceed Discord API rate limits.
  • Each bot must run on its own server with its own bot token.
  • If you want to host multiple bots, create a separate server for each bot as far as your account limits allow, or choose a paid plan that states support for multiple bots.

In case of violation, the server may be forcibly stopped or deleted, or action may be taken on the account.

04 Resource Usage

  • Avoid activity that causes excessive bandwidth usage, server overload or network outages.
  • Cryptocurrency mining and resource-intensive workloads outside the purpose of the service are prohibited.
  • Containers must be used within the CPU, RAM and disk limits stated in the plan. In case of heavy consumption that affects other users, resources may be restricted or the container may be stopped.
  • Containers must be used for hosting containers, bots and applications; they may not be used as general file storage or backup space.

05 Prohibited Activities

  • Running automated systems such as spam bots, nuke bots and selfbots designed to flood the network or other servers,
  • Operating DDoS, port scanning, attack tools or botnets,
  • Unauthorized access, hacking attempts and any act that endangers the security or integrity of HOKAS systems,
  • Hosting or distributing malware (malware, viruses, ransomware, etc.).

06 Content Restrictions

To provide a safe and appropriate environment and to comply with our advertising partners' policies, the following content is prohibited:

  • Adult content, pornography or obscene material,
  • Content that promotes hate speech, discrimination or violence,
  • Unlawful activities and content that infringes intellectual property rights,
  • Content that encourages or facilitates unlawful activities,
  • Deceptive, misleading or fraudulent content.

07 Ads and Time Extension Flow

On the free plan, time extension is provided through the ad/link flow. To keep this flow fair, the following are prohibited:

  • Manipulating the ad or link flow through bot traffic, cheating tools or multiple accounts,
  • Using or encouraging content and tools that block or bypass ads,
  • Artificially inflating views or impressions,
  • Directing users into the flow through misleading or clickbait methods.

08 Monitoring, Sanctions and Contact

Monitoring: To verify compliance with this Policy, HOKAS may monitor content and activity on the platform by technical and manual means. Users are obliged to cooperate in reviews and investigations.

Sanctions: In case of violation, depending on its seriousness, content removal, stopping or deleting servers, suspending or terminating one or more accounts and blocking future registrations may be applied. No refund of paid plans is made for accounts suspended or closed because of a violation (see the Refund Policy).
